“Just came back from Southern France with my partner. Our tour manager was Darien Tang. 👍🏻👍🏻 Tour: 11D8N Savor Southern France Departure: 02/07/2026 It was a very interesting and eye opening trip. Firstly, when planning, we did not find many tour agencies offering southern france itineraries so we decided to go with EU Holidays. This was a good choice for us ultimately as we had a good time. There was ample time to explore the different cities and regions. Only at Menton/Monaco it was quite rush. small “train” was arranged for hilly regions as some elderly are unable to climb high. It’s all very well thought of. Hotels were comfortable. The highlight was the lavender fields. Darien made the trip memorable. Although some days some tour members (even me) were late, he was still patient, respectful and calm under pressure. All the itineraries were managed well by him including the optional tours. Bus commentary was great. Good mix of information and humour. He made effort to celebrate the birthdays of our tour group (2 members) and even give them personal gifts from his own pocket. It is not easy to manage such a big group in the heat wave 40 degrees and Darien did it well! I also was pleasantly surprised that he took the effort to make “infographics” about the place we are visiting. That makes it more clear what we are going to see. I have joined many tours before, and highly recommend Darien as tour manager. One of the top manager we have experienced so far. We are very happy with our experience and will join EU again in future. Thanks Darien”

“Joined the 9D8N Colorful Guizhou Landscape + Chongqing trip (9–17 May 2026). A big thanks to our tour manager, Ming Tat, for being very attentive, patient, professional and responsible, always providing detailed information and even reminders before and during the entire tour. He would ensure the whole group was well taken care of. We visited many places of interests with beautiful sceneries as well as stayed in very comfortable hotels and tasted various delicious local cuisines. Our tour guide Xin Xin was also very nice, cheerful, and caring. She would create a fun and lively atmosphere, brighten up our mood everyday by keeping us entertained with the china history and culture. She would also kept us informed on the daily itinerary, and making sure everyone in the group was safe and sound. Very grateful for the unforgettable experience that this tour has created for us!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A group of 6 just ended our EU Signature Tour for 13D/11N Hulunbuir Grassland & Mohe Artic Village from 22 Jun - 4 Jul 2026. The itinerary was thoughtfully curated, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in each destination without feeling rushed. Every day brought new discoveries, wonderful experiences, and lasting memories. A total 90 persons in 3 coaches (Coach A, B & C). A local tour guide and EU tour leader assigned to each coach. There was an advance local workteam to ensure everything was organised at restaurants and event sites before our arrival. It was an exceptional and unforgettable experience, exceeding all expectations. A heartfelt thank you to the incredible team whose dedication, professionalism, and passion made this journey so memorable. We were blessed with many surprises that were out of the itinerary. Particularly one incident which our Tour Leader (Sheryn), Local Tour Guide (Michael Liu) and two Local Tour Guides from Coach B, all turned chefs to cook breakfast at a hotel restaurant to serve us. A sincere thanks to our EU Tour Leader, Sheryn Tan, whose warmth, and genuine care ensured that every day was smooth, enjoyable, and worry-free. Her clear communication, patience, and cheerful spirit made everyone feel welcomed, safe, and well looked after throughout the trip. Sincere thank goes to our Harbin tour guide, Michael Liu, whose remarkable knowledge of the history, culture, and local traditions brought every destination to life. His engaging storytelling, sense of humour, and enthusiasm transformed each sightseeing experience into an enriching and memorable one. We would also like to express our gratitude to Lili, our Product Manager, for designing such an outstanding itinerary. Every destination, hotel, meal, and attraction was thoughtfully selected, creating a perfect balance of iconic landmarks, authentic local experiences, scenic beauty, and comfortable pacing.
